Made by hand, in India
India has produced shoes for generations. In many houses here, shoemaking is more than a job — it's a way of life. We were brought up in the thick of this craft, which is why every Mr. Vik pair is made with care, from the first cut to the final polish.
Full-grain and suede leather chosen by hand for grain, thickness and how it will age.
Each panel is cut to the pattern by a clicker who has done it for decades.
Uppers are closed, then shaped over the last so the pair holds its form for years.
Soles welted, edges dressed, then burnished by hand before the final quality check.
